Spiderbait - Ivy & The Big Apples (30th Anniversary Edition) - Black & Red Splatter (Vinyl LP)

Marking 30 years of Ivy & The Big Apples, this anniversary vinyl reissue celebrates Spiderbait at their breakthrough peak. Released in 1996, the album became a cultural touchstone — delivering ‘Buy Me A Pony’, the first ever Australian song to
and #1 in triple j’s Hottest 100. The record debuted in the ARIA Top 3, went double platinum, and stayed in the Top 50 for nearly a year — a testament to its enduring impact and the strength of singles like ‘Calypso’ and ‘Hot Water & Milk’.

A fearless mix of punk, pop and alternative rock, the album cemented Spiderbait as one of Australia’s most important bands of the ‘90s. Reissued on vinyl to mark its 30th anniversary — and alongside a national tour — this is an essential piece of Australian music history, ready to be rediscovered.
